Photos of Rat's Restaurant and
The Grounds for Sculpture, Part 2
All photos taken August, 2002

AN ENTIRE IMPRESSIONIST VISTA is recreated in J. Seward Johnson's sculpture in bronze and aluminum, If It Were Time. You really have to hunt to find the hidden entrance for this one. It's inspired by Terrace at Sainte-Adresse by Claude Monet.

BACK VIEW of Rat's Restaurant, seen from the Giverny-inspired gardens.

SURROUNDED BY SWIRLING MISTS, this gigantic work dubbed The Lady of the Lake is one of dozens of other sculptures dotting the grounds.
